SIFC Facilitates Landmark Resolution Between NHA and Malaysia’s Bina Puri Over M-9 Motorway Project

The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) is pleased to announce the successful facilitation of an out-of-court settlement between the National Highway Authority (NHA) and Bina Puri, a Malaysian company, resolving long-standing litigation over the M-9 Karachi-Hyderabad Motorway. This amicable resolution, achieved through SIFC's mediation, removes significant obstacles to international investment in Pakistan's infrastructure sector.
